Applications

Flame Retardant:

Primarily used as a non-halogenated flame retardant in thermoplastics, thermosets and engineering polymers. Commonly used in Polyamides, polyesters, TPU, ABS. Achieves UL94 V0 rating. Often used in synergy with other nitrogen based systems. Cost effective replacement for antimony trioxide in plastics.

Filler in plastic compounding:

Incorporated in masterbatches and polymer blends to improve mechanical properties and thermal stability during processing.
